⏳ Refund Eligibility Window

Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of purchase. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to process your refund request.

✅ Refund Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, ensure the following criteria are met:

  • ✔️ Product is defective
  • ✔️ Product is unopened
  • ✔️ Product is in original packaging
  • ✔️ Product is unused
  • ✔️ Product is not damaged

All returned items are inspected before processing. If the item fails to meet these requirements, your refund may be denied.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • ❌ Personalized or custom-made items
  • ❌ Perishable goods or expired items
  • ❌ Items inseparably mixed with others after delivery

💸 Refund Exceptions

Only items purchased at full price are eligible for refund. Sale items are non-refundable, unless required by applicable laws.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled anytime before shipping. Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

🧾 Proof of Purchase

To complete your refund, you must provide valid proof of purchase. This includes:

  • 🧾 Receipt
  • 🧾 Purchase Order
  • 🧾 Invoice or transaction confirmation

Refunds will not be issued without proof of purchase.

📬 Return Instructions

Before returning your item, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We do not accept returns without an RMA.

Once authorized, use the pre-paid return label provided to ship your item back. Shipping costs are covered by us.

Ensure products are securely packaged. Damaged or excessively used items may be denied a refund.

🔄 Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us. Exchanges are only processed for items that are not damaged or mishandled.
